Their core product, dTIMS CT is a leading enterprise-tier planning and predictive modeling system used by transportation agencies worldwide to manage assets such as roads, bridges, mobility, safety and underground utilities. Deighton also offers a comprehensive Maintenance Management system, called dTIMS MM, that has been developed exclusively for the civil infrastructure industry to manage its tactical activities related to operations and maintenance.
