Parting Company
We know our clients have choices and we very much appreciate their confidence when they select our firm to help manage their bridge inventories. We do not take that choice for granted and we strive to maintain their faith indefinitely. Many of our clients have been with us for well over a decade.
Nonetheless, a prudent manager considering hiring any private firm must ask, what happens if our relationship, for whatever reason, comes to an end?
After each cycle of bridge inspections our clients receive a full copy of all data collected, pdf reports and copies of all image files. Our data is fully OSIM compliant and meets or exceeds all data requirements of the MDW standard.
While we hope this day never comes, you can rest assured that moving on does not mean starting over.
